Dr. Brown's Level T Narrow Nipple offers the ideal flow rate for some newborns, breastfed babies and babies who need a slower flow nipple. Faster than our Preemie Flow Nipple but slower than our Level 1 Nipple, brand-new and developing babies may find their happy middle ground with Level T Narrow Nipples. The Level T Nipple offers a more gradual transition for breastfed babies who have graduated from Preemie Flow but are not quite ready for Level 1. This nipple is also great for any baby who simply prefers a slower flow! Each Level T Nipple provides the same consistent flow rate, so both you and baby know what to expect. Together with the anti-colic internal vent system, the Level T Nipple provides a controlled flow so babies feed at their own pace. This vacuum-free feeding helps digestion for a good night’s sleep. Dr. Brown's bottles are proven to help preserve bottle milk nutrients and are known for reducing colic, spit-up, burping and gas. The Level T Nipple is made of super-soft, high-grade silicone and fits all Dr. Brown’s Narrow bottles. Level T Narrow Nipples are dishwasher (top rack only) and sterilizer safe.

Ultra-Preemie™  Nipple
Dr. Brown’s® Ultra-Preemie™  level nipple is the slowest flowing nipple compared to any other brand on the market and 35% slower than the Dr. Brown’s® Preemie™ level nipple. Since it was created through a cohesive effort between medical professionals and Dr. Brown’s® engineers, the Ultra-Preemie™ nipple continues to be used as one of the most valuable intervention tools by top Feeding and Swallowing Specialists. The Ultra-Preemie level nipple offers the most consistent and precise bolus flow rate that has been shown to assist in managing the typical to complex oral feeding challenges observed infants at preterm, late preterm and term age.  The reduced flow rate allows infants the ability to safely and successfully orally feed by supporting their suck -swallow-breathe pattern with a reduced fluid bolus size and rate.
