It is made with coconut water and sea salt, contains four vital electrolytes, and has added zinc for immune support. Unlike other oral rehydration drinks, it doesn't contain any artificial sweeteners, flavors, or colors.

Dr. Brown's Electrolyte Solution is intended to help replace fluids and electrolyte loss –which can happen for several reasons including stomach flu, vomiting, diarrhea, fever, exercise, heat exposure, travel, and more.

Some of the most common signs of dehydration are headache, tiredness, dizziness, crankiness, excessive thirst, fever, dry skin, dark urine, and constipation. Dehydration is often caused by vomiting, diarrhea, sweating, and natural bodily processes.
